The HR Delivery Operations team partners with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to craft and drive the business Team and Talent agenda. Embedded in teams across the company, HR Delivery Operations serves as critical thought partners to our senior Human Resources leaders while developing action plans to galvanize our organization. With top talent and the DNA to catalyze action, the HR Delivery Operations team helps ensure our vision of excellence is realized through thoughtful planning and coordinated delivery!

The Global Operations, Technology (GOT) and Corporate Functions (CF) HR team is seeking its next HR Delivery Operations Director, which will support the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Technology, Strategy, Finance, HR4HR, and Legal HRBP teams. This role is responsible for long-range planning, short-range annual planning, and the integration and synchronization of the delivery of HR programs to our employees in GOT/CF. This position will be located at WHQ in Beaverton, Oregon.

Our new teammate needs to display collaborative ability to lead and influence others, build the future through HR strategy, planning, and global thinking as well as show strength in high-profile communication and group facilitation. We are searching for someone who is a natural collaborator with the ability to encourage confidence, instill trust and build credibility as well as bring positive energy to the team. If you are able to deliver results through strong initiative, navigate with high emotional intelligence, and are a methodical problem solver who loves to build order out of uncertainty within a matrixed environment, this role may be for you!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON In this position, you will serve as the business-facing HR team's chief of staff and be responsible for the strategic & annual operational planning and go-to-market (GTM) support.

Acting as the trusted advisor to the VP of HR for GOT/CF, you will give counsel on organization topics such as team, personnel, org design, and strategy. You'll maintain a constant pulse on the business HR organization and adjust ways of working, team engagement, and information flow accordingly, while reading the VP for critical business events. You'll work with the HR VP to manage the team's operating model. You'll encourage the HRBP team's focus on critical-path priorities. You'll build and facilitate staff meetings, offsites, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other critical business HR events, planning the agenda and driving intended outcomes. Outside of these Chief of Staff duties, you'll quarterback a variety of HR cross-organizational initiatives where no clear HR owner exists.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will report to the VP, HRBP GOT & CF, and his leadership team. You'll also work closely with the HR Portfolio and HR Readiness organizations to ensure the GTM approach is optimized for the delivery of HR programs and initiatives into the business. Additionally, you'll align with the People Analytics and Workforce Planning teams and share insights back to Global Centers to influence the timing of launch activities.

* Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management or combination of relevant education, experience and training.

* 7+ years of demonstrated HR, corporate strategy, consulting, portfolio management, or related field.

* Proven experience in Portfolio Management and Transition Management with a demonstrated ability to break down a vision or big objectives into smaller, manageable tasks.

* Proficient and experienced in high-profile communications (written and verbal), presentations, and meeting facilitation.

* Proven experience leading team operating models (e.g. meeting cadence, agendas, design, objectives, participants).

* Demonstrable track record to succinctly offer a perspective and deliver results through trust and relationships.

* Experience establishing relationships and networks as well as influencing others across all levels of the organization, including the most Senior Stakeholders in the organization, to achieve outcomes.
