Job Summary
The Senior Accountant will assist with preparing and analyzing financial records, compile financial statements, review data, and ensure financial compliance. Senior Accountant will be responsible for executing various financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, general ledger reviews, forecasting, and budgeting in support of multi-site operations.
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities
Over see the operations of the accounting process, including creating and tracking of fixed assets, reconciling accounts, reporting and journal entry preparing
Prepare, review and update month-end journal entries
Assist the Controller with Ad hoc request.
Liaise with external auditors
Ensuring compliance with all debt covenants, regulations, and GAAP
Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, business administration or related field required.
4-7 years of Accounting experience
Public Accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
