Territory Sales Manager
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives in their assigned territory while working in accordance with all applicable company standards. They will strive to understand and identify customer needs as they collaborate with marketing and operations teams to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through research and analysis of territory
Develop and implement sales plans for revenue generation and growth
Meets all administrative management responsibilities including effective CRM use to measure and track opportunities and outcomes
Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance
Provide feedback to leadership on territory needs and trends
Coordinate promotional planning with Marketing team and Senior Management
Responsible for social media & community outreach programs
Execute awareness of marketing campaigns effectively to achieve the campaign objectives
Monitor competitor activity closely and develop counter strategies
Participate in community events, industry meetings, conferences, and trade shows for brand awareness
Maintain strategic reports and provide measurable results
Build and maintain a strong network across the business community to generate profitable opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or another related field (preferred)
Proven and consistent track record of success in sales performance; 2 years minimum
Proficient in business development and effective outbound cold calling
Strong written and oral communication skills are critical
Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to be self-motivated and flexible
