With proven understanding of omni-retail, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. **Required Skills:**
Client Solutions Manager, Retail Responsibilities:
1. Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
2. Ability to travel as needed
3. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, optimizations etc.)
4. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
5. Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
6. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
7. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
8. Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights in Meta Ads Manager, Excel and GSuite
10. 5+ years of experience in online media and/or advertising sales
11. Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills
12. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
13. Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience presenting ideas and solutions
14. Understanding of the measurement landscape - MMM, MTA

**Public Compensation:**
$85,000/year to $126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
