JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking Splunk Developer, who will be responsible for Splunk Developer with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering world-class developer experiences. Skilled in designing and implementing large-scale systems, building REST APIs, and utilizing observability tooling such as Splunk and Prometheus. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Splunk Developer will be responsible for the following:

Must Have:

Strong experience with search processing language (SPL), RegEx, reporting, dashboard development, and search acceleration techniques.

Experience with Splunk systems management in a large, clustered environments

Experience scripting with the Splunk REST API.

Good knowledge of Splunk data ingestion, field extraction, and post-ingestion processing.

Deep knowledge of Splunk behavior in automation tasks which includes Splunk App deployments, rolling restarts, and infrastructure upgrades.

Ability to work across time zones and teams.

Splunk Architect/Developer Certification strongly preferred.

Data Engineering experience (Kafka, Cribl, Logstash, loglib) strongly preferred.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s or master’s degree .

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in Splunk Developer.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Strong experience with search processing language (SPL), RegEx, reporting, dashboard development, and search acceleration techniques.

Experience with Splunk systems management in a large, clustered environments

Experience scripting with the Splunk REST API.
