Sr. DevOps Engineer
Richardson, TX Office
For our world leading CX cloud customer experience platform, we are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Senior DevOps engineer. You shall work with our global teams in an Agile environment as a technology leader to plan, maintain, and enhance our CI/CD processes. You’ll be managing the cloud infrastructure and develop automation across multiple CX products.
CX WFO provides a unified suite of applications enabling organizations to improve call center agent productivity, identify performance gaps, deliver targeted coaching, and effectively forecast workloads and schedule staff.
Responsibilities
Enhance, maintain and monitor our multi-region, large scale AWS infrastructure.
Develop automation and tools for CI/CD and general enhancements of development processes.
Performing ongoing maintenance and upgrades (Production & non-production)
Identifying, researching, and prototyping new technologies to improve DevOps processes.
Teach and mentor other engineers on DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with both local and remote teams in different geographical locations.
Requirements
At least five years of hands-on DevOps experience
Expert-level AWS development and solution architecture capabilities
Experience with programming language Bash/Python/Groovy
Hands-on implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in complex cloud-native products.
Advanced Linux system administration skills
Strong problem-solving skills, able to work both collaboratively and independently.
Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
It would be very NICE to have:
Windows system administration
Experience withmonitoring and log analysis tools
Education
Computer Science BSc/BA degree or equivalent experience.
