About the Role
As the Product Owner for Health Analytics & Reporting at Medici, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data-driven healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust analytics and reporting tools that empower healthcare providers and improve patient outcomes. This role is exclusively onsite, requiring a strong presence in our office three days a week at our Headquarters located in the Southwest area of Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across Medici (clinicians, data scientists, engineers) to identify user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for health analytics and reporting at Medici, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Own the product backlog at Medici, ensuring it is clear, concise, and up-to-date.
Work closely with the engineering team at Medici to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Champion user adoption and engagement through effective communication and training on new features within Medici.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior to measure the success of analytics and reporting tools at Medici.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare analytics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA etc.).
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
Proven experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics and visualization best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
