Role Overview: Program Management Advisor
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Program & Curriculum Lead for The Garage, Digital Product Accelerator.
This pivotal role will be focused on developing and maintaining a comprehensive digital product accelerator program tailored to enhance our organization's adaptability, efficiency, and user-centric approach.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of lean startup and design thinking methodologies, with a proven track record in applying these principles to foster innovation and growth. Their work will directly contribute to empowering our teams and refining our processes, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of digital product development.
Experience in building scalable educational programs and facilitating diverse groups of employees is crucial.
The ideal candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and develop a curriculum that addresses these gaps.
This involves creating engaging, relevant, and practical content that encourages active participation and application of learned skills in real-world projects.
In addition to content development, the role requires strong facilitation skills to deliver training sessions and workshops that inspire and equip our employees with the necessary tools to succeed.

Education:
Community College degree or Higher PREFERRED, but relevant experience will be considered.
Location and Schedule:
HYBRID POSITION. Onsite requirement will be 3 days a week, per month in Chicago. Core Hours 8am-5pm CST. Monday-Friday.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $40.00-$54.00/hr
