The persona we are looking for is an experienced accounting leader with expertise in all aspects of tax management and who is a natural at employee development.
What You'll Do:
Lead and Oversee: Manage all tax projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Mentor and Develop: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among Tax Managers and staff.
Stay Current: Ensure our practices comply with the latest tax laws and regulations.
Engage with Clients: Manage multiple client engagements, providing in-depth knowledge of their businesses and financial needs.
Represent and Defend: Act as an expert representative for clients before tax authorities.
Monitor Financial Health: Oversee the financial aspects of engagements, including progress, budgets, billing, and collections.
Build Relationships: Actively represent the firm in the community, maintaining and expanding our client base.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Licenses: CPA License required.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in public accounting with proven experience in managing and reviewing tax projects and leading teams.
