Ellingson is hiring for a Foreman to join their growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in underground solutions throughout Southern Minnesota and the entire United States.
The Foreman will be responsible for the following:
Manage projects and crew members: Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, quality, project schedule and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely.
Coordinate daily tasks: According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, and personnel.
Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Three years or more of related supervisory and construction experience, preferably in ag drainage, and/or utilities.
Travel and overnight stay will be required.
