LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a remote, part-time contract opportunity with our opinion research client in the Chicago, IL area!
Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, and third-party applications.
Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, workflows, and dashboards as per business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and document technical solutions to meet business needs.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of ServiceNow applications.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Perform regular updates and upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.
Follow industry best practices and company standards for ServiceNow development and administration.
Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Support end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years ServiceNow development experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow API development (with familiarity in making API calls to Google Apps service from ServiceNow)
Experience upgrading ServiceNow with ability to resolve upgrade conflicts and maintain changes as part of change sets
Third-party candidates will not be considered.
Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
