Project Executive

Provide executive-level leadership and oversight across multiple project teams and active projects

Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project leadership

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and delivery strategies

Oversee risk management, including contract strategy, subcontractor agreements, insurance, and risk allocation

Provide oversight of budgeting, forecasting, billings, change management, and overall cost control

Review project reporting, financial performance, schedules, and key project risks with ownership and executive leadership

Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and issues are addressed proactively

Set priorities, allocate resources, and drive successful project execution across the portfolio

Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business and company growth

Advanced knowledge of commercial construction, contracts, insurance, risk management, and project controls

Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and change management

Proven ability to lead safety, quality, and production across multiple projects

Strong plan, specification, and code interpretation skills

Experience developing client relationships and supporting business development and project pursuits

Qualifications:

10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

Healthcare/HCAI, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Office Improvement experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project

Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
