* AA plus 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* New home sales experience required.
This position has nodirect supervisory responsibilities but provides leadership and mentorship to Sales Associates and Sales Assistants, including training and helping to prioritize work.
*Supervisory responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.*

**Microsoft Word:** Intermediate skills necessary ie. Basic skills plus convert text to table, change page orientation, align table, insert pages break, add page numbering, create bulleted lists, sort list, create merge form letters, insert merge fields, run merge, print envelope.
**Microsoft Excel:** Basic skills necessary ie. Begin formulae, edit formulae, sort ranges, insert rows, use SUM function, align text, preview worksheets, move between worksheets, go to cells, move formulae, change column widths. Database management software experience preferred.
