Position Summary
The Senior Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for deploying SAP S4HANA across the organization. You will map user roles and access, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), review training materials, provide end-user training, and support all stakeholders as a change agent.
Location This position requires a full-time onsite presence in Hillsboro, OR. (No relocation benefits provided.)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
You will participate in relevant solution tests (User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Deployment End to End Testing (DET) for local interfaces and reports) and prepare and execute a day-in-the-life simulation (Dress Rehearsal).
You will act as local change agents for a project to deploy SAP S4HANA to the local site.
You will involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required.
You will support role mapping and analysis of user access needs in SAP and partner systems.
You will use the results of the dress rehearsal simulation to finalize training documentation.
You will attend Train the Trainer (TTT), coordinate and deliver local end-user training with Business and IT SMEs, and localize training materials.
You will actively support local deployment project phases, especially transition and go-live, and plan and track local close-down and ramp-up.
Position Requirements Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in business, engineering or the sciences
Education Preferred:
MBA, Master of Science, and/or Master of Engineering
Experience Required:
1+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA
10+ years of experience with SAP
Formal experience performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
Technical writing (SOP, work instructions, etc.)
Delivering end-user training
Customer Service
Experience Preferred:
Master Data experience
Leadership of cross-functional business initiatives that deliver measurable business value
Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience; data analysis / metric reporting
PMP
Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses and Certifications needed:
Proficiency with advanced project management, collaboration, and reporting systems (e.g., MS Office Suite, MS Project, Smartsheet, Tableau) and aptitude for learning new tools or software products
