Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager - Construction Industry
In this role, you will work with the Marketing, Sales, and Upper Management teams to ensure strategic performance, delegation, and management of tasks to appropriate team members. You will work directly with the Marketing Director to receive the strategy for each client and manage the project timeline and client delivery.
Our ideal candidate is process-driven and analytical, with excellent decision-making skills and the ability to multitask, experienced in Quality Assurance, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
This is a full-time on-site role in our Atlanta, GA office.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure a systematic workflow by mapping out task structure, procedures, and timelines for team members in the Marketing department
Streamline marketing goals, requirements, and strategies for digital campaigns by collaborating with the Marketing Director
Oversee the content calendar creation to ensure that deliverables get completed, reviewed, and published within set timelines
Utilize project management tools (Teamwork) to monitor progress, duration, and productivity of marketing projects
Delegate resources and prioritize tasks based on the scope of work, goals, and timelines of different marketing projects
Maximize the productivity of team members by addressing recommendations, queries, requests, and issues related to a project
Perform QA on every collateral item that is created before publication or client delivery.
Contribute to creative vision and project oversight
Interface with clients and provide excellent customer service and client communications
Attend client meetings with the Marketing Director, facilitate note-taking, and follow up on all items brought up in the meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
3+ years of managerial experience with a digital marketing firm
Excellent written, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
Experience with marketing CRM software like Hubspot
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Teamwork
Project management experience, including the ability to plan and manage budgets
Excellent organizational skills
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
Experience in digital marketing and social media
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
