Role and Responsibilities:
Direct operations of a 22-bed ICU, plus IMC & Telemetry units, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Manage staffing, budgeting, and planning to optimize unit functions and patient care.
Implement evidence-based practices to advance patient safety, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and superior clinical identity.
️ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory standards, and equipment maintenance.
Develop strategies to enhance patient experience and achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Nursing or related field preferred. Master's degree advantageous.
Registered Nurse with active license.
❤️ BLS certification.
