Position Description
Client Employment Branding Team, who is responsible for recruitment marketing, is seeking a 40hr/wk contractor. Qualified candidates will have a background in marketing or communications (or related field) and have completed some associated project work. Strong writing (blog and social media), organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
The individual in this role will have the opportunity to support the team in multiple areas of employment marketing including social media and career site management.
Some Of The Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting with social media efforts such creating and scheduling posts, updating internal content library, and coordinating social content flow with our corporate partners.
Attending events for photos/quotes (for social) and other fun content (if close to one of the offices).
Writing share copy for Employee Social Advocacy Program.
Creating blogs for publishing to career site (interviewing employees, drafting blog and posting).
Supporting creative requests such as resizing images (using basic Adobe skills), building out career fair booths and making adjustments to branded collateral (using basic Adobe skills).
Managing career site updates.
Assisting with administrative tasks.
