About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product Management to lead the vision and strategy for the next generation of its cloud-based management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product life-cycle, from discovery to delivery to renewal, and will manage a team of product managers. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive transformational customer growth, overseeing global expansion, and leading the evolution of the platform to incorporate AI/ML for task automation. The VP will also be a key member of the product management leadership team, providing insights to the overall product roadmap, and will be expected to maintain a constant awareness of the competitive landscape and industry trends.Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding an MBA, and at least ten years of relevant product management and team leadership experience, particularly in B2B SaaS technology products or enterprise networking/security. A proven track record of launching software applications globally, experience in Agile and continuous delivery models, and a passion for recruiting and coaching talent are essential. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a data-backed approach to decision-making. The VP will be expected to set clear expectations for the team, establish achievement milestones, and contribute to the strategic objectives of the company.
