Tasks Get involved with challenging projects in management, process, and IT consulting with a focus on discrete manufacturing

Conduct workshops and consult, design, and lead innovative SAP DM (DMC)and SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution)implementations

Act in a functional consulting role for analysis, design, conception, prototyping, realization, testing, rollout, and support

Design concepts to process data and overall architecture to enable digital production.

Define,designand configureintegration to otherSAP modules (specifically SAP PP, QM, PM, IM, EWM, MII, PCo)

Prepare functional specifications for development work

Conduct functional testing to ensure accurate configuration and development.

Assume partial projectmanagementresponsibility

Prepare process flows /training documents and execute training of our client’s business owners and users

Create long-term relationships with clients

Identify and lead business development and presales activities including proofs-of-concept, demos, presentations, webinars, blog posts, RFP responses, estimations, proposals, leads & opportunities follow-up

Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader

Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor

Qualifications At least5yearsof relevant manufacturing industry and/or consulting experience

Successful demonstration of business development with new and existing clients

At least2full SAPMEand/or SAP DM projectimplementations

Knowledge ofproductionplanning,productionmasterdata, MRP,shop floor order creation/tracking, shop floor quality, logistics, and plant maintenance processes

Ability to define SAP DM/ MEimplementation strategy, gather functional and non-functional requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions

Knowledge of SAP DM/MEsite setups, shop floor master data, shop floor execution and tracking, ERP integration, PODs, data collection (DC), genealogy, returns management, site-to-site transfer, etc

Knowledge of integration points of SAP DM/ MEto other SAP components

Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)

Experience preparing and presentingproofs-of-concept, demos,proposals, RFP responses

Experience preparing and presenting webinars, manufacturing events

Must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision of aManager

Must possess the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal

Experience with exploiting the convergence of OT andITto drive digital transformation in manufacturing

Ability to recognize and evaluate client business/technical needs and establish change initiatives to meet these needs

Professional appearance with strong customer focus

Analytical and structured

Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree is required
