Marketing Manager, Company Owned Stores

Essential Functions
Responsible for the successful implementation of national and local marketing activations across all company owned and operated locations.
Liaises closely with field marketing managers and directors of marketing across all brands to ensure readiness and execution of marketing activities in all COS units.
Leads local marketing efforts in cooperation with Sr. Directors COS and Area Directors COS to maximize sales and traffic.
Works across markets and with COS leadership team to build and implement robust community involvement campaigns to build local sales and guest loyalty.
Works with COS leadership to design, implement, manage and report out results of crew incentive contests.
Supports catering efforts in COS by working with Catering Managers and Area Directors on building sales blitzes and other activity to build catering sales.
Supports new store openings in COS by working with brand field marketing teams to build grand opening marketing campaigns.
Attends new store opening activities to drive community involvement and a great guest experience. Activities may include pre-opening catering sales blitzes, friends & family pre-opening events.
Works with Area Director and brand Field Marketing Manager to build marketing campaigns that support grand re-openings post remodel, guest appreciation days, community events and other local marketing type events.
Responsible for managing local marketing funds with approval from Area Director, Sr. Director COS or VP COS.
Responsible for strong execution of LTO Campaign including Merchandising, Suggestive Selling, Product Execution and Guest Satisfaction
Responsible for achieving loyalty program acquisition targets
Responsible for providing solutions to reach gift card sale targets
Responsible for smooth implementation of Price Increases (as needed)
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager, COS will be responsible for partnering with VP, COS, Senior Director, COS and Area Directors, COS and develop local marketing plans that build sales and brand awareness in the market. They will support store level execution of system wide marketing programs, as well as store openings in their respective markets. This position leads national and local promotions, media channels, data analysis, and delivery of the overall Marketing calendar.

Work Experience Experience leveraging primary research, data and consumer insights into actionable business initiatives.
4+ years of experience in marketing, business administration, sales, or related field
4+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing plans and programs
Restaurant, hospitality food, or beverage experience, Pref
Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of developing and executing marketing plans and programs across multiple platforms
Ability to analytically / statistically evaluate traditional and interactive media, marketing effectiveness, overall sales, and competitive trends.
Ability to create program goals, messaging, communication, and overall event plans
