Role:
The District Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of assigned Massage Envy clinics. This position is responsible for the appropriate management of all aspects of clinic operations including sales, customer service, staffing, and supervision of the Clinic Manager. The District Manager upholds and exhibits the Atticus Core Values: Integrity, Commitment, Improvement, Communication, Gratitude, Discipline, Teamwork, Accountability.
Responsibilities:
Sales Closing - conduct or facilitate FDSA sales training
Operational Review - weekly calls w/ CMs and AMs, weekly clinic visits, daily analysis and execution of KPI results
People Management - Proper execution of 9 box, hold performance mgmt. and development conversations, hire and fire, mentorship
Budget Management - approval process
Crisis Management - resolve all customer service issues that have been escalated
Loss Prevention - utilize revenue protection report to create action plans

Who we're looking for:
Applicants with previous management experience in a membership based model
Previous multi-unit experience not required but a plus
Salary Range:
$65,000- $75,000
