KPMG is currently seeking an Oracle HCM Functional, Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services (pmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

+ Accountable for supporting a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement

+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions including interactions with offshore team members

+ Take charge for gathering requirements from client user via KPMG requirements template and configure, test and support User Acceptance testing (UAT); perform or assist with migration to PROD

+ Conduct quarterly Release testing, where applicable, and support interface/integration testing

+ Work in KPMG Service Now application for ticketing / documentation and communication

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of three Oracle implementations and/or three years of recent post- production support

+ Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited college/university

+ Knowledge and experience supporting HCM applications in the following areas: Absence Management, Benefits and Compensation; payroll experience is a plus

+ Experience in the following areas creating or modifying: HDL and Fast Formulas

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with limited supervision

+ Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
