We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator proficient in both Linux and Windows environments to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance, reliability, and security.
Experienced as a System Administration on Linux Platforms - 8+ years
Experienced in Storage technologies - NAS, Fiber Channel and IP SAN - 5+ yrs
Experienced in IP Networking - 5+ years
Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Implement and maintain storage solutions including NAS, Fiber Channel, and IP SAN.
Configure and manage IP networking components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with other teams to design and implement new infrastructure solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in system administration on Linux platforms.
5+ years of experience with storage technologies including NAS, Fiber Channel, and IP SAN.
5+ years of experience in IP networking.
Proficiency in both Linux and Windows server environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
