Description
We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Senior Specialist with in-house corporate recruitment experience, gained within a fast-paced and complex organisation, to join our expanding global Talent Acquisition team.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering high calibre hires to our NORAM business & acting as a trusted recruitment advisor to internal and external stakeholders. They own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing (direct & indirect), attracting, and assessing candidates through to offer management.

Key Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to create compelling and inclusive job descriptions.
Identify the most suitable recruitment channels for various vacancies up to senior management level
Use various direct sourcing tools & techniques, including building Boolean strings to mine CV databases, LinkedIn and other channels
Conduct initial conversations with candidates to better understand their backgrounds and to answer their questions
Scheduling and overseeing interviews
Managing the candidate experience with timely updates and constructive feedback
Deliver regular status reports on recruitment progress
Support ad hoc talent attraction and recruitment projects
Managing a local Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure delivery of logistics and coordination on all recruitment within your remit
On the ground support for the Early Careers Advisor, to ensure success of our Graduate Analyst programmes and Intern intakes
Work with the wider Talent Acquisition team to deliver on ad-hoc projects, implement frameworks and guidelines and knowledge share on best practices
Support Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Expansion team with any additional requirements projects or needs
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Required attributes:
Extensive talent sourcing experience in a corporate environment or within a recruitment agency.
A career focus on engaging passive candidates and selling the employer value proposition.
Proven technical expertise in Boolean searching.
Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Intellectual horsepower and a natural curiosity to be a subject matter expert/thought leader.
Desirable attributes:
Experience in a research or pure candidate sourcing role, gained within a corporate, RPO or agency environment.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience in x-ray searching.
