About Dimensional:
The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer the platforms that power the innovative, research-driven financial and technical products to improve our client's financial lives. As a member of the Technology team, you will have the opportunity to play a foundational role in team implementation and to collaborate closely with the business leaders to understand, guide, articulate and validate the development activities necessary to achieve the team's vision.

What you might work on: Design and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
Analyze existing solutions and provide recommendations and plans to optimize
Participate in implementation of optimizations
Design, implement, and test solutions using Power BI
Provide training and support on Power BI usage and best practices
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization, including extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI
Strong expertise in DAX, SQL, and data modeling techniques
Strong understanding of Power BI connectivity to various data sources including Dataverse, on-premise data sources, Power BI gateways, and cloud data platforms
Proven ability to design and implement complex Power BI solutions in a business environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Produce and maintain design specifications and technical artifacts
Strong relationship building, facilitation, and communication skills. Able to communicate complex concepts to various audiences helping them to understand the benefits and recommended course of action.
Experience working in an agile environment, sizing backlog items appropriately for delivery, and working in a Scrum team to deliver sprint commitments
Preferred Competencies: Certifications in Microsoft Power BI
Financial services industry experience is a plus
Understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts
Experience with Snowflake to model data and accessing for reporting through tools such as Power BI and Excel
