Product Positioning: Assess product positioning and messaging for our portfolio to ensure it remains relevant and up to date as products and user needs evolve.

User Research: Develop and/or update user personas and user journeys as needed for our portfolio of products. Conduct user interviews as needed.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the various internal teams to identify opportunities to grow user sentiment and adoption for our portfolio of products.
