JustFab is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager.

We seek a candidate with an exceptionally analytical mindset coupled with a profound grasp of brand marketing and storytelling. This high-impact position entails direct ownership and accountability for marketing initiatives.

Your key responsibilities encompass orchestrating the comprehensive lifecycle of campaigns across JustFab Brands diverse marketing channels. Additionally, you will lead the charge in advanced analytics and reporting, playing a central role in shaping and refining our strategic marketing initiatives.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing .

What You Will Do:

Lead end-to-end execution of 360-degree marketing initiatives, requiring the development of strategy, cross-functional marketing plans, and execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns.

Create marketing briefs; responsible for insight development, aware of competitor and market trends, category opportunities, establishing campaign objective + KPIs, target audience, and work with cross-functional partners to ensure brief captures needs.

Key driver in seasonal Marketing roadmap and development on trend stories and messaging.

Head the charge on analytics and reporting, playing a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing data to prepare insightful reports and compelling slides for our executive team.

Drive Marketing direction for emails & promotions, including copy.

Lead messaging and copywriting.

Partner closely with Social Media, CRM, Acquisition, Creative, & Site Merch teams for 360 campaign alignment.

What You Can Bring: 4-6 years of experience in marketing; digital marketing is a must

Experience in leadership and managing a team

Retail, apparel, and/or DTC industry experience is highly preferred

Deep understanding of brand marketing and storytelling, messaging and copywriting, with the ability to execute 360-degree campaigns from start to finish across all digital channels (including but not limited to e-commerce, email, SMS, push, social, influencers, etc.)

Highly analytical approach with proficiency in building, reading, and acting on strategic marketing reports; advanced Excel skills are a must, and experience with Heap Analytics and Tableau is a plus

Energy, creativity, and a forward-thinking mindset with a pulse on the future of marketing

Adaptable and agile attitude with the ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables or business needs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create comprehensive presentation decks

Degree in business or marketing related field

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices with hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a consumer brand.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000-$87,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
