We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and Analytics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and analytics application development. From ideation, architecting, developing, testing, implementing, selling, delivering, and maintaining applications and solutions, this role requires a Consulting and Product mindset.

Responsibilities:

Build analytics applications to collect, process, and analyze large sets of data that support decision making in contact center and customer experience contexts

Develop and maintain data pipelines and data storage solutions for Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage, integrating them with 3rd party sources and systems of record

Build analytical insights and dashboards with Genesys Cloud Data

Work with cross-functional teams and directly with customers to identify and solve business problems through data-driven insights

Continuously improve data quality and accuracy through data cleansing and validation

Requirements:

8+ years of product development, product management, or consulting

5+ years direct experience with Genesys Engage Infomart or GCXI; strong understanding of Contact Center and Customer Experience data and metrics

5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, data visualization, and programming

Strong Experience with Node.js, AWS Lambdas, Restful API's

Experience with cloud platforms - AWS

Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data engineering

Familiarity with scripting languages for data engineering

Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Elastic Search

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Snowflake and AWS

Experience with data governance and data management best practices

Experience working with remote engineering teams

Familiar with software development and project management frameworks

Experience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, Cisco, Avaya, etc

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$99,000.00 - $194,300.00
