Job Description
Microchip is seeking a result-driven Business Development Marketing Manager in our USB and Networking Group (UNG) to regionally drive revenue and account development. This individual will be responsible for:
Promote existing and new solutions to regional customer base
Develop solid relationships with CEM/ESE teams as well as key accounts
Drive design wins, bookings and billings
Help identify key opportunities in region by product
Help develop plans to penetrate key accounts
Effectively train direct, and distribution channels on UNG solutions
Global interaction with UNG marketing to communicate needs effectively
Requirements/Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent with at least 10+ years of technical marketing experience in a semiconductor corporation
MBA preferred
Knowledge of USB And Networking markets preferred
Ability to travel frequently to engage with CEM/ESE teams and customers
Must be a solid team player and be able to establish strong relationships with sales, FAEs, and accounts
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, writing and listening skills
Ability to communicate effectively with headquarters in USA
This position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.
