We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Shopper Marketing team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and expert influencer with the demonstrated ability to work closely with Product Management, Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Lifecycle teams to generate strong outcomes. This position will own the go-to-market strategy for earnings features and messages regarding the Shopper app. Within this scope, the role will lead initiatives related to product positioning and messaging, identifying insight-driven product opportunities, and leading the product marketing launches.

Strong communication skills will be important, and this person will be able to confidently share their strategy to align partners at all levels.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

* Champion the voice of the Shopper by partnering closely with Product to define priority features based on shopper needs and market analysis, blending quantitative and qualitative insights to find untapped opportunities for growth

* Collaborate with product on the roadmap and various features, helping Product make design and decide by communicating the voice of the shopper.

* Lead go to market of key features to drive awareness, comprehension and adoption, partnering with teammates to develop and execute all messaging, channel, and creative elements

* Bring strong, performant product storytelling to life throughout every step of the customer journey

**ABOUT YOU**

* 5+ years experience in marketing; 3+ of those years in product marketing specifically

* Significant experience working in tech product marketing, driving adoption for digital products and features

* Strong storyteller with the ability to develop campaigns that set the right expectations, tell a clear narrative, and invoke empathy and emotion in messaging and approach

* Data-driven marketer, with ability to drive experimentation plans

* Experience using insights and strategic thinking to build business cases that influence stakeholders

* Experience communicating the benefits of various marketing strategies to business audiences of all levels

* Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment

* You take a lot of initiative, but are continuously collaborative

**Preferred Experience & Skills:**

* Experience bringing product marketing to life in the physical world a plus

* Working on the creator or worker side of a marketplace platform a plus

* Experience with earning or promotions related messaging a plus
