Responsible for receiving, processing and confirming lock requests
Manage rate lock extensions, loan re-configurations and change of circumstances within the loan file
Monitor rate lock expiration pipeline and communicate when necessary with sales and loan operations
Verify note rate on new lock requests match current day rate sheet pricing
Ensure proper pricing input and lock expiration dates into the loan origination system
Review pipeline for key pricing changes and update pricing as needed when a change occurs
Communicate with trading firm on daily rate lock activity and loan fallout
Assist in reviewing hedged loans for sale eligibility prior to commitment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1+ year of mortgage and/or banking experience
Ability to communicate efficiently and manage competing priorities by phone and in writing
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Encompass and Optimal Blue preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
