Manager of Partner Sales
We are seeking an ambitious Manager of Partner Sales to join our sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, working with channel partners, and building the strategy to roll out trials in new verticals.
This position requires strategic thinking, solid communication skills, and a successful track record in sales.
Responsibilities
Achieving sales targets
Creating new business opportunities in new business segments
Delivering sales demonstrations to prospective clients
Maintaining a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales
Negotiating pricing, contracts, and closing agreements
Coordinating sales efforts with team members and with other departments
Creating beverage program trials with interested prospective customers
Requirements
8+ years of experience in sales
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience selling into channel accounts, with particular focus on non-commercial food service providers, contract caterers, etc.
Beverage sales experience with preferred exposure to fountain drink sales or other non-ready-to-drink beverage sales to enterprise and channel partners
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts
Knowledge of, and prior experience, in the food and beverage industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
30% travel required
Salary Range:
$145,000 - $160,000
