This Opportunity
WSP is currently initiating a search for an Inspector Trainee for our Westchester field office.
Your Impact
+ Assist inspection staff with providing inspection service for construction operations.
+ Assist inspection staff with performing field test of construction materials.
+ Assist inspection staff with preparation of daily reports.
+ Assist field staff with calculations and preparation of contract payments.
+ Assist field staff with checking contractor payrolls and other submissions.
Who You Are
**Required Qualifications**
+ 0-2 years of work experience in highway, bridge or other civil engineering related construction inspection.
+ High School Diploma
+ Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
+ Team oriented
+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in closely related discipline is preferred.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $40,300 - $72,600
