Clinic is open Monday-Friday 1st shift. Shift: Shift 1 Summary: A Medical Assistant/LPN is a healthcare professional and an essential member of the patient-centered healthcare team. This individual is responsible for pre-visit planning, standard rooming responsibilities, assisting with procedures, discharge instructions and other duties as assigned. The Medical Assistant/LPN is instrumental in helping the patient feel at ease while collaborating with the provider throughout the patient's visit. The Medical Assistant/LPN may be required to cross train and float as needed to maintain optimal clinic operations. Other duties as assigned. Medical Assistant Qualifications: One to two years of clinical experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - AAMA b. Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) - AMT c. Assessment -Based Recognition in Order Entry (ABR-OE) d. Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) -NHA Clinic Tech Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or State of Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician license is required.
