**About The Role:**
+ We are looking for the skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds
+ Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
+ This will be an afternoon/early evening shift. (10am-8pm shift)
**What You'll Do:**
+ Align with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
+ Perform contracted work which includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
+ Manage and inspect the work performed by outside contractors.
+ Review assigned work orders.
+ Estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.
+ Order materials and supplies to finish the tasks.
