A talented and self-driven UX Engineer who’s passionate about how design comes to life but knows how leverage our mixed discipline by making designs accessible, performant, reusable, and ultimately scalable. You are a thoughtful and inclusive collaborator who is able to bring folks along in the pursuit of product excellence, and bridge and fill in gaps between design and engineering.

You are a systems thinker who can transform designs into intuitive, interactive experiences, able to rapidly learn new tools and technologies and not afraid to explore the unknown. You understand and value the design process and know how to merge that knowledge with established development processes. These processes may include building and maintaining tools and platforms to enable efficiencies across teams.

You are a proactive communicator who is able to collaborate well with other others, especially by leveraging their work, or contributing to the success of others. You listen and care about customer needs and can integrate customer feedback in order to create inclusive and accessible experiences that people love.

Collaborate with others to bring ideas to life and create prototypes that convey experience intentions when static comps can’t tell the whole story

Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders
