Our client is a leading supplier of high-end construction materials. They seek an Atlanta-based General Manager / Project Manager who will lead the national installation teams and run the facility. This position is located in West Midtown and is in office 4 days a week. Travel to installation sites is required for this role.

Critical Success Factors:
Hire and lead trustworthy, technically competent installers, retraining them as needed
Closeout punch lists promptly
Collect retainage or final amounts within 30 days of installation
Hit your revenue and profitability goals for installation growth
Manage the west Midtown Atlanta warehouse (oversight)
Support sales staff for technical door & window questions, including CAD drawings
Responsibilities:
Incoming and outgoing shipments. (Average 1 large inbound ocean shipment monthly and 3-5 outbound truck shipments monthly)
Manage our installation calendar: Coordinate with GMs and customers, issue work orders to installers, and supervise progress. (Average 5 installs monthly)
Warehouse operations: oversee inventory of all products in the warehouse
Resolve warehouse/install-related issues
Manage 3 full-time Direct Reports: (Hardware coordinator), (Logistics coordinator), and (Warehouse and Field Services Manager). Direct reports could grow to as many as 5 over time.
Manage 4-5 Current installation subcontractors. The number of subcontractors could grow to 10+ over time .
Qualifications:
College degree
Auto CAD
Strong organization and team-building skills
Proven leadership qualities
Ability to travel up to 50% some months, most months
