We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-reliant Executive Assistant to join our team in Austin. At ARCO, you'll have the opportunity to improve project performance and drive your own success, from day one!

A Day in the Life:

  • Calendar and meeting management; including scheduling and travel coordination.
  • Conducting research and creating PowerPoint presentations on an as needed basis
  • Manage communication and act as liaison between internal departments, Principals, and other executives
  • Assist with internal business planning and assembly of departmental business plans
  • General records management and document control
  • Event registration and planning
  • Client relations (purchasing gifts, scheduling/planning off-site events, etc.)
  • Salesforce data entry, report building, and system management
  • Expense reporting
  • Manage relationships with the property manager to address any building announcements and/or address any office maintenance issues
  • Develop office budget and manage vendor relationships and negotiations in order to stay within the budget
  • Ensure proper stock of all office supplies and equipment
  • Ensure office common spaces are always presentable, with a focus on client-facing spaces

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bluebeam experience is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proactive management style
  • Ability to manage different personalities
