API Application Architect

Integration Architect The Commercial Digital Integration team is seeking an Integration Architect to own, maintain and communicate the integration architecture across all customer facing Channels for Commercial Customers. You will work closely with the Chief Development Office, Enterprise Architecture and Commercial agile teams to apply enterprise integration patterns to define common integrations through APIs, business events/messages and bulk data transmissions. You will:

Provide leadership on discovery with Product Managers and Product Owners, develop integration architectures in collaboration with application specific Architects, and collaborate with developers and analysts to define detailed design and data mapping for integrations

Lead the overall solution and technical design and implementation for a robust and scalable data integration and API platform

Develop architecture roadmaps that reflect the target state solutions and various interim states as solutions are developed and prioritized utilizing an agile MVP mindset

Produce as-is and to-be application integration solution architecture for a variety of scenarios to meet business requirements and scale the company

Define stories for technical debt and collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize

Mentor and support integration developers and assist with development as needed

Produce presentations and present simple solutions to complex business problems to technical and business stakeholders across the company

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define and refine enterprise integration patterns and standards

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

10 years of IT experience designing architectures and delivering solutions including data/integration architecture, technical infrastructure architecture and application architecture.
