Job TitleSupport for UITS Communications and Organizational Change ManagementJob DescriptionSupports UITS communications and organizational change management efforts while developing practical, hands-on skills in a professional IT environment. Contributes to campus engagement, service awareness, and the communication of technology changes, helping build understanding and adoption of IT services across the university. This position is an apprenticeship within Kennesaw State University Information Technology Services (UITS) and does not guarantee permanent employment with the University.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Promotes UITS at orientations, events, and activities on both campuses, including New Student Orientations during the summer and as needed throughout the academic year (availability typically Tues-Fri, 12-3 p.m., with occasional weekends) Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by helping develop awareness materials and communication assets for new systems, technology updates, and service changes Works with UITS staff to create and update digital and print materials that communicate IT services, initiatives, and upcoming technology changes Provides administrative and project support for the UITS Communications and Organizational Change Management teamsRequired QualificationsEducational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience No experience required; on-the-job training providedProposed SalaryThe budgeted hourly range is $12.50, $15.00 or $16.50 per hour.
