Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communication, and teaching skills; strong analytical skills; thorough understanding of compliance management; comprehensive knowledge of applicable banking regulations; must possess a valid driver's license.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance or risk management functions, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility normally is required.
