Teaching responsibilities may include high quality teaching of CHOP fellows and residents, as well as medical students from the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania.

Clinical responsibilities may include providing coverage in one or more of three inpatient consultation services, one service focused on children with general infectious diseases, one dedicated to the care of immunocompromised hosts, one attending-NP service currently focused on NICU and Ortho patients.

Additionally, as CHOP expands its footprint (i.e., King of Prussia Hospital, potential sites in NJ) and the Division of Infectious Diseases partners with outside organizations, some local travel may be required.

Clinical responsibilities may also include seeing patients in the Division's busy outpatient clinical practice. Administrative or research responsibilities (i.e., global heath, clinical trials, fellowship leadership and/or education, etc) may be available depending on the needs of the division and candidate interests.
