Recruiter

We are looking for Employment Specialist-Recruiters to join our team on the west side of Indianapolis. We have 2 offices located on the west side of Indianapolis and Lebanon. A successful Employment Specialist/Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and assist with hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline; and building relationship with clients who use Express for staffing.

$45-50k salary depending on experience, + uncapped commission

Responsibilities:

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

Source and recruit candidates by using recruiting databases, ATS, social media etc.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships

Build influential relationships with hiring managers and manage key accounts.

No staffing, recruiting, or HR experience is required. The people who thrive in this role enjoy a fast-paced environment, are strong multitaskers, and are motivated by challenges and goals.

Proven history of meeting deadlines and reaching clearly set goals.

Capabilities to problem solve, multi-task and communicate effectively

Ideal candidate has sales, inside sales and/or recruiting experience.

Demonstrated track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals in previous roles.

Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, exceeding goals.

Exceptional focus on goal attainment, with a strategic approach to overcoming challenges.
