IT Project Manager

IT Project ManagerInsight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support Ryder's Technology Strategy & Business Management organization. This individual will lead multiple concurrent enterprise technology initiatives while partnering closely with stakeholders across infrastructure, security, architecture, applications, integration, service management, and data teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented project leader who can effectively manage project execution, financials, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced enterprise environment.• Manage multiple enterprise technology projects from initiation through delivery.• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, architecture, application delivery, service management, product management, integration, and data organizations.• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across stakeholders.• Manage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and financial tracking, including CapEx and OpEx considerations.• Provide regular executive-level communications, project updates, and leadership presentations.• Identify and proactively mitigate risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.• Create and maintain project documentation, technical artifacts, business requirements, and process documentation as needed.• Ensure successful project delivery while aligning with Ryder's project management standards and Agile transformation initiatives.Nice to Have Skills & Experience:• Experience supporting transportation, logistics, supply chain, or trucking organizations.• Deep experience with ServiceNow or Workday• Technical background (former developer, engineer, or technical lead).• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or related project management certification.• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps.Job Description:• 5-10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager within a large enterprise environment. Specific experience leading M&A Projects + Integration experience.• Proven experience leading enterprise technology projects across infrastructure, applications, security, service management, and product management teams.• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience, including leadership reporting.• Experience with resource planning, forecasting, and financial tracking for technology initiatives.• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.• Experience using project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.• Strong documentation skills, including project artifacts, business requirements, and executive presentations.• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - Self-starter who operates independently and drives projects forward with minimal oversight.
