We are seeking a hands‑on IT Manager to support a growing professional office environment of approximately 50–70 users. This individual will serve as the primary day‑to‑day IT resource, providing technical support, creating structure where needed, and ensuring a reliable and secure technology environment.This role requires someone comfortable operating independently in a Google Workspace environment while supporting both standard business users and project teams utilizing specialized software such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support for approximately 50 users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues
Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions, and device provisioning
Administer Google Workspace, including user management, security settings, groups, and policies
Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
Support Microsoft Office applications, Adobe, Zoom, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
Troubleshoot basic networking equipment, including firewalls, switches, and WiFi access points
Coordinate with third‑party vendors, including internet providers, copier vendors, and software vendors
Create IT documentation, maintain asset inventory, and implement process improvements
Ensure basic security best practices are followed, including MFA, endpoint protection, and patching
Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
5–7+ years of IT support experience
Experience supporting Google Workspace environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and/or macOS
Familiarity with Bluebeam and/or AutoCAD support preferred
Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, WiFi, firewalls, and switches
Experience with user administration and device management
Strong communication skills and ability to support non‑technical users
Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
Preferred
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
Experience as the primary IT contact in a small‑to‑mid‑sized office
Experience working with MSPs or external IT vendors
Onsite role in Miami. This position requires hands‑on support within the office environment and direct interaction with staff.
