The Role
This Product Line Manager will help lead the vision and drive the business for the Performance category at Teva. This PLM will manage the global product line throughout the lifecycle process, including stages of pre-planning, product briefing, pricing and profitability, presenting to key stakeholders, and working cross-functionally to ensure that products come to life how they were briefed and on time with development calendar. This role serves as the key communicator cross-functionally and will work actively with sales, design, development, merchandising, materials, marketing, brand design, and finance. This PLM will also own and drive consumer insights, market insights, trends, sales info and beyond to inform the team and make educated decisions about the future of the business. While Performance is the main responsibility, this team member could also work on unisex projects, collaborations, apparel/accessories, SMUs, and sustainability initiatives. Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
1. Product lifecycle management: build, drive, strategize and manage global product line; research and initiate new and existing global business/product opportunities; research and interpret market trends for consumer and account opportunities; build the product line to support global needs for the category across channels, and meet global financial targets.
2. Key communicator cross-functionally and will work actively with sales, design, development, merchandising, materials, marketing, brand design and finance. This includes but is not limited to presenting at key milestones, sending global update emails, and meeting across functions to make sure communication flows smoothly across the org. We have an inclusive product creation process, this role must be open to inputs across the team and able to adapt and adjust when needed.
3. Responsible for seasonal business briefs and line plan for category, including retail price, segmentation, sku count, adoption, and all major meeting milestones. Analyze global performance to build an accurate range plan that optimizes sku efficiency while hitting volume and revenue targets that align with product strategy and brand goals. Works with Design and Development to ensure product segment is in line with brand DNA and competitive set. Creates merchandising stories around color, materials to ensure commercial product flow. Works closely with Marketing and Brand Design seasonally on aligned direction and a clear brand message throughout the product line.
4. Helping create and update the Performance product strategy as part of our Long-Range Product Plan. This strategy will include pair and revenue targets as well as a path and vision for how we achieve these goals season over season.
5. Manage and mentor 1-2 direct reports, through meeting regularly, helping teach them about the global product creation process, advising on product briefs, managing workload, etc.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
5+ years of related experience
1-2 years management experience
Experience with driving a Performance business preferred: Hiking, Run, Trail Run, Athletic, etc.
Experience with analyzing sales data, consumer insights, marketplace trends, macrotrends, competitive landscape, retail landscape, etc.
Experience leading and communicating cross-functionally and driving alignment across the organization
Experience delivering presentations to large and small audience in-person and virtually
Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience successfully managing and mentoring others
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and a Product Management system preferred

$120,000 - $127,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
