Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience (6+ years) in backend API development, cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure and AKS, and operations.
-Proven expertise in DevOps methodologies, SRE principles, and Cloud Process management.
-Strong technical background in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and API development.
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud-native technologies.
-Solid understanding of security, scalability, and high availability in cloud environments.
-Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to tackle technical challenges.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical projects and guiding high-performing teams.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
-A track record of driving operational improvements and maintaining high-performance backend systems.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
