Essential Functions and Primary Duties include:
Comprehension of client’s business including analysis and planning of client engagements
Review of associate’s tax returns and work papers to ensure compliance with professional and organizational standards, as well as regulations and codes
Management multiple engagements and deliver high quality products timely and efficiently
Become an integral part of the tax department by active involvement in training and thought leadership
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualified candidates must have:
Minimum of eight plus years of tax experience
Minimum of six plus years of experience supporting business tax clients
Minimum of four plus years of experience supervising experience
Subject matter expert in corporate and partnership taxation
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
CPA designation
Ability to build strong business relationships and an interest in business development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
This opportunity is full-time and offers an onsite or hybrid schedule.
