The Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team establishes, oversees, and manages the methodologies and policies for FTP per on interest rates, liquidity, and capital frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a key team member within the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team
+ Support the effort to enhance methodologies, execution, and governance of the FTP framework
+ Leads the effort to develop and explain management reporting for FTP processes
+ Develop understanding of data and technology infrastructure for FTP process in actuals and forecast
Experience & Qualifications:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
+ Knowledge of funds transfer pricing frameworks and treasury risk management frameworks
+ Proven ability to support complex technical project by taking ownership and delivering results
+ Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously with continual attention to detail
+ High energy, self-starter with a flexible and pragmatic attitude and a desire to show continued progress
+ Analytical background with problem solving skills and an ability to assimilate information across financial disciplines
Basic Qualifications:
+ At least 7 years of experience within Treasury for a financial services company
+ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative-focused discipline
+ Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
