Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at various levels.
* Communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations to executive leadership.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
* Manage program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
* Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting for senior management.
* Establish and enforce quality standards for deliverables.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on evaluations and lessons learned.
* Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance outcomes.
* Identify, assess, and manage risks across the program.
* Implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
* Work with project managers to address issues and ensure program success.
* Develop and implement program governance structures and processes.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
* Facilitate regular program reviews and audits.
* Communicate program status, milestones, and key performance indicators to relevant stakeholders.
